MAIN FEATURES - DEMONSTRATION

I'M GETTING ERRORS LOCKING / UNLOCKING ALL THE TIME.

Generally this is due to four main reasons:

1. Your InControl account isn't valid or active. Make sure your account works in the official InControl remote app.  

2. Your App Configuration InControl settings are incorrect. Double check all of them, look for extra spaces, capitalizations, etc.

3. You have a network issue - check to make sure your data connection is working.

4. Rarely the InControl central server has gone down. Try the default InControl remote app to verify if the server is offline. If so just wait, it will come back. 

I'M GETTING ERRORS LOCKING / UNLOCKING OCCASIONALLY.

Generally this is due to three main reasons:

1. You're sending too many commands to the main server in a short period of time.  Wait a minute before sending another command.

2. You have a network issue - check to make sure your data connection is working.

3. Rarely the InControl central server has gone down. Try the default InControl remote app to verify if the server is offline. If so just wait, it will come back. 

THE GOOGLE VOICE COMMANDS ARE NOT WORKING

Google voice support is somewhat flaky.  It took google almost a year to fix a very common bug with the OPEN APP command.  If the voice commands stop working, try re-installing the app (the settings should remain intact) and/or check the latest app update for comments/solutions.

THE INCONTROL ROUTE WEB SITE DOESN'T WORK OR DOESN'T REMEMBER MY USERNAME/PASSWORD.

The first time you use this feature you will need to login to the InControl Route website (InControl Route Planner)

Use the same email/password you use for your in-car Profile.

Make sure your devices default browser has enabled password saving.
